    1) you’re not alone, I would say vast majority of women are programmed to be either nervous or even afraid of their own sensuality so a space that is specifically curated for that makes sense that its scary or uncomfy

    2) there are no monsters, fires, robbers here. BPE is quite literally you with you.

    So yes, might be uncomfy at first but there is nothing to fear, no threats. Just you, with you bb

    Some have experienced BPE, some desire to and some are triggered by her. All is welcomed. Know whatever you’re afraid of within yourself it is safe for you to hold.

  • Long story short… Yes! Knee pads are REQUIRED at all BPE classes. A lot of the BPE movements are floor base.

    However, I do have 4 extra pairs at every class if someone needs to borrow them.

  • Anything that you feel sexy in! Some days it can be a thong and bra other days it might be a baggy t-shirt and shorts. All expressions of you are welcomed and celebrated.
